Started as a service organization for Surgical Lasers, TSS morphed into a premier national independent sales company for various aesthetic skin care companies. In 1997, this was very much a new industry and many of the very products now distributed nationally by TSS were the result of Jim’s due diligence in the fields of Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Medical Spa and Day Spas.

 Jim established and together with his wife Anne, manages a national sales network of experienced independent sales representatives located throughout all of the major markets across the country to represent an elite line of manufacturers in the Aesthetic Market. 

Approximately ten years later Jim had another vision around a treatment entering the U.S. market called Microneedling. In a similar manner, Jim contracted with the leader in the U.S. market at the time to represent a microneedling brand that helped launch the widespread acceptance of that treatment. 

While new and exciting at the time, Microneedling is now a fundamental treatment and one that receives some of the highest patient volumes in the Aesthetic market.
