Jim Weeks is the vision behind TSS. 

Started as a service organization for Surgical Lasers, TSS morphed into a premier national independent sales company for various aesthetic skin care companies. 

In 1997, this was very much a new industry and many of the very products now distributed nationally by TSS were the result of Jim’s due diligence in the fields of Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Medical Spa and Day Spas. 

Jim established and manages a national sales network of experienced independent sales representatives located throughout all of the major markets across the country to represent an elite line of manufacturers in the Aesthetic Market.

 Anne Weeks is the operations behind TSS. Through 20+ years of first-hand experience in numerous business disciplines, Anne has developed a seamless infrastructure that enables TSS to provide unsurpassed customer service to their partners. Anne oversees product fulfillment, marketing initiatives, product training and interacts extensively with customers both in-bound and in the field. 

In an ever-changing industry with new products emerging and familiar trends evolving constantly, Anne navigates this environment with experience, humility, and precision – deploying her research daily at TSS. Anne is also an avid reader & philanthropist. 

Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves golf, outdoor sports and is active in the community and church.
